Please read these terms carefully before booking a course with BOBSTA. By completing a booking you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About us
BOBSTA operates this online booking platform. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” in these terms refer to BOBSTA.

A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you have been sent a booking confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Bookings are subject to availability.
You are responsible for ensuring that delegate information (names, contact details) provided at the time of booking is accurate. Please notify us promptly of any errors.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed on the course listing page. Prices are in GBP. Where applicable, VAT will be shown separately before you confirm your booking.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless you have been offered an invoice payment arrangement. Invoice payments are subject to the due date shown on your invoice. Late payment may result in your place being released.
Deposit and payment plan options may be available for certain courses. Full balance payment is required before the course start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellations and transfers
If you need to cancel or transfer your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is:
- More than 14 days before the course: full refund or free transfer to an alternative date, subject to availability.
- 7–14 days before the course: 50% refund or one free transfer to an alternative date, subject to availability.
- Less than 7 days before the course: no refund. Transfers may be considered at our discretion.
Delegate substitutions (replacing one delegate with another) are accepted at any time at no additional charge, provided you notify us before the course date.
5. Cancellation or changes by us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrolment, trainer illness, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel a course we will offer you a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date. We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other consequential costs you may incur.
6. Loyalty points
Loyalty points may be awarded to your account at our discretion. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to amend or discontinue the loyalty scheme at any time.
7. Delegate conduct
All delegates are expected to behave respectfully towards trainers and other delegates. We reserve the right to remove any delegate whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
8. Course materials and intellectual property
All course materials provided to delegates remain the intellectual property of BOBSTA or their respective creators. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any course booking shall not exceed the amount you paid for that booking. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of earnings or business opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Data and privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking with us you confirm that you have read and understood our privacy practices.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
